They sound a little biased when it comes to the MLM structure, not sure if they’ve tried it in the past and it didn’t work out for them.

I am not part of that specific company so I am not recommending their company or life insurance (I do pay for life insurance from a different MLM company, obviously PLEASE do your due diligence to learn about the different types of life insurance because not all are created equal!!), however I have been involved with the network marketing profession (currently direct sales, but used to be in MLM – yes, they are different) and know that it can change people’s lives. Obviously there is no get rich quick, you gotta put in the work, and it’s not easy. Simple but not easy. Low barrier to entry, doesn’t require you to have ANY experience, no overhead, no cap on your income, allows you to work from home…

I just find it sad that most people will quickly dismiss this type of opportunity when it could quite possibly be something that could change their life for the better especially if they can find an amazing community with solid systems and trainings in place with lots of the average person winning.

Just because it doesn’t work for one person doesn’t mean it won’t work for another. Stop jumping from 1 thing to another looking to get rich quick and put some years in with 120% effort and THEN see if it’s worth it or not. Obviously there will be sacrifices needed to be made at the beginning but once you develop those skills… sheesh game over. Just some food for thought.

I have supported myself on DD alone many times and plan on picking back up when the weather turns warmer. I have never had a night where I didnt land at least a couple of hundred dollars worth of stuff and my best night was $5k worth of brand new toner which I quickly flipped for $3k.

The key is to hit up office parks, industrial parks, and strip malls where the dumpsters are accessible. You also need to check local ordinaces. If you arent after food, dont go to dumpsters where a food company has access too and you wont get that dirty. I dont recall ever getting that dirty in my dozens of nights out. Wear pants, boots, and gloves and you should be fine.

I have gotten boxes upon boxes of brand new stuff. In fact, I still have a couple of bins of brand new cannulas from a CPAP store in my basement. They were sealed in the box. In fact, tons of brand new medical goods get thrown away. I once have a box of brand new CPAP machines that patients and insurance companies get charged thousands for.

Just dont go to random dumpsters. Find office parks, industrial parks, and strip malls, take note of the kind of businesses there. I find medical, tech, printing, engineering, and construction based companies have the best stuff. Check local regulations and make sure there are no signs saying you cant dumpster dive. I have only had someone yell at me once and I once had a security guard bring me boxes that were waiting to be thrown away and they were a bunch of older but still working printers.
