Also, did he mention how much he pays for that role? Thanks, John

Too good post. I can see both freelance and agency have pros and cons. Also would love to mentioned that outsourcing also have some downside but on the other hand it gives a FREEDOM to you to work on some more important work.

If freelancer outsource some work then he can focus on the some valuable stuff of like closing deals and same if agency outsource work then they save cost on manpower and other logistics.

Both Chris Schwab & Ken Carfango story is remarkable and both are right on their own side.

I also believe one should use the power of social relationship networking to grow in the business.

I would love to mentioned about Ryan Biddulp who have been using this relationship building to build relationship with so many other bloggers (even newbie) and that’s the key of success one should also use along with other form of marketing….

By the way great efforts in putting up this post. Love and respect.

Don’t ever feel like your less or your business is because he may be doing things different.

I have a moving company for the first 2 years I worked, literally was a driver, mover, did payroll all of it. Then I moved to Michigan, now I make a percentage of each move I book. It’s much different. Yes I have freedom, make money but not as nearly as much as I was actually providing the service. As well as I feel like I have become lazy just taking calls dispatching work. I miss my life of making customers happy, doing a great job, working out on the field with my husband.

Now if you were to ask my husband for his opinion he would go with Chris’ route. He’s always looking to start business and having them run successfully without us having to physically be there. Thank you Nick for his episode. Learned so much
