Perhaps what we need isn’t more hours in the day, but more energy in our hours. That’s ultimately what this episode is about: feeling better and more alive so we can get more results from our businesses.

Yuri Elkaim is known as the “health whisperer” for being able to get to the heart of what matters and produce amazing health, weight loss, and fitness results where there seemed little hope.

He is a former professional soccer player, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, the author of The All-Day Energy Diet, several other books, and you can find out more about Yuri and his health adventures at YuriElkaim.com.

Yuri promotes “energy through tranquility rather than stimulation,” which is an ideal that resonated with me.

In this episode, Yuri runs through 7 energy commandments to be aware of going into 2017 if you want to be your most energized self to-date.

These include understanding your blood pH, the health of your digestive system, your adrenal glands, which foods are better for natural energy, whether or not nootropics can help, how to manage stress, and how much exercise you should be doing, all factors to double your energy in 7 days.

This episode is packed with all the information you need to get off to 2017 the right way – by doubling your energy and improving your overall health and wellbeing.

  1. More vegetables. Got it.

I was suspecting that the pH of my body was off but had never heard anyone talk about it as a factor in low energy. My doctor always says nothing is wrong with me, so I believed it was something small like this.

That was an interesting interview. I appreciate you uploading it right after the new year! Great motivation and advice, though I seemed to have scared rather high on Yuri’s website’s health quiz haha
