It’s time to dive into the ol’ listener mailbag and answer a few questions in this week’s edition of The Side Hustle Show.

I’ve had quite a few interesting questions come in since the last Q&A episode, and picked 20 to talk through in today’s show.

Like this format? This is the 5th installment of “20 Questions” so feel free to go back and binge on the older ones too:

A common piece of advice you’ll hear is to take audience questions and turn them into content, so here’s a meta example of that in action.

This episode covers questions on blogging, affiliate marketing, productivity, my new email system, making time for your side hustle, the idea of guaranteed success, and more.

Tune in to hear my responses to those questions and a dozen more below.

  1. Nick,

I love that you keep everyone on the P’s & Q’s with your inspiring side hustle blogging posts. You keep so many inspired to take side hustling to the next level just like Michelle Schroeder-Gardner from MakingSenseofCents.com. One thing I wish you would hopefully consider in the near future is making your podcasts embeddable so bloggers can embed them in their blog posts and website owners in webpages. You really have “lots and lots of transformational side hustle content” to share and I admire that. I’m going to include this post on DNN with a quick summary and a link to you so readers can understand how important having a side hustle is in their life and get far away from the cushy day job scene. Thanks good brother for always motivating people to consider side hustle entrepreneurship over traditional employment.

  2. Oh Nick,

I almost forgot to mention that I’d be interested in interviewing you on DNN hopefully before the end of this year. I like everything you’re doing and feel you would be of great value to my audience. They’re average working-class people looking for sincere direction on transitioning into the side hustle full-time. Let’s talk about that sometime. :-)

  3. Nick, thank you for this. I have had the same burning question about affiliate rejections, or rather in my case, when a company leaves you “pending” indefinitely with no communication. I’ve been pending for months with a certain big company, even though their competitors accepted me without much issue. I tried emailing affiliates@company.com, calling, tweeting, even snail mailing, and it’s literally been crickets. I have no idea if they’re stonewalling me purposefully, they have nobody working in the affiliate department, or what’s going on; but it looks like they are on VigLink so hopefully that’s a solution that works.
